This coming Sunday, Jan 30th marks two major events in world history: the much-anticipated "democratic" election in Iraq and the deadline for proposals for the fourth issue of the ATA webzine on the topic of "transitions".....I don't know about you, but this sure seems like a bit of an ironic juxtaposition to me. If you've been wanting to vent your spleen about the Bush regime, US policy, foreign relations, elections, power, money, or anything of the like, this just may be the place and time to do it.

We also welcome submissions on less inflammatory issues (based around the theme of "transitions") in just about any media. It's the web afterall. We prefer SF Bay Area artists, writers and thinkers, as this is an SF-based zine. And if you can tie your submission to the SF Bay Area, even better!

If you are interested in submitting, please write to the editors: zine@atasite.org by Jan 30th and give us a few sentences on what you are interested in sharing with the ATA community and the world!
